4.2 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method(s) used to fund your account ("return to source" policy), subject to technical availability. rs177 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges for which rs177 accepts no liability.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal compliance review before processing. rs177 targets a processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days from the point at which KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal request is approved. rs177 reserves the right to extend this period in cases requiring additional compliance review.
4.4 Source of Funds. rs177 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used to deposit into your account where required by anti-money laundering obligations or where deposit volumes are unusually high. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.5 Account Balance. Funds held in your rs177 account are not interest-bearing. rs177 holds player funds in accordance with the requirements of its gaming licence. Account balances do not constitute a debt owed to you until a valid withdrawal request has been submitted and approved.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your rs177 account at any time by contacting our support team.
